BBB Reservation on website??

I called and made a BBB reservation for my daughter... but it's not showing up on MDE.. I haven't received a confirmation email... nothing. Should I be worried, or is this normal?? Thanks!!

Normal.

Reservations for BBB won't show up in your MDE because they have your child's information in the reservation. You can add a note with the reservation number and details in there so you won't forget about it.
