BBB invitation?

Does anyone had a BBB invitation that they could personalize for my daughter?

She turns 5 in January and we are going to WDW. I want to surprise her with an invite from the FGIT to come to the BBB to celebrate her birthday.

Is there something already out there? Would someone help to DISign this? I would need it by January 5 if possible.

I have one in my 4shared file inthe link in my signature then look in the "disney invitations" file. It is super easy to save it as a jpeg, then insert into a Word document and insert a textbox over it to add your child's name. Here is a link with instructions:
