My daughter turns 3 the last day we are at Disney. Will she be able to do BBB? SInce she isnt 3 when we go we dont have to pay park admission for her so I didnt know if that was required to do BBB? How strick are they on this? and will we have to do it the day she turns 3 or can we do it a couple days before? Trying to line up a CRT meal as well. My oldest is 6 and wants to do BBB and afraid the almost 3 yr old will be upset if she cant too. Next time we go back to WDW my oldest probably wont be into BBB anymore!

They are very strict on their 3 and over policy. The reason they give is that the cosmetics and hair products are not suitable for children under 3. They will ask for the child's age when making the appointment so I wouldn't book for any other day than her actual birthday. As for needing to have purchased a park pass for admittance to the boutique, I would just call and ask them, explaining that she will be three on the day of the appointment and see what they say.
