BB Waterside for Dessert Only?

Has anyone ever done a dessert only sitting or do they even allow that? I am thinking my kids (and of course DH and I) would like to try the BB and try to get waterside...however a whole lunch/dinner sitting is not realistic with my crazy bunch. They are usually up and walking around after 3 bites :lmao:
So I thought a dessert or "snack" sitting might be nice. Any thoughts?
Thanks!

It shouldn't be a problem, but BB has phased out their "famous" desserts (i.e. the cookie boat and the creme brulee trio) and now offers run-of-the-mill items that you can find almost anywhere, so set your bar low lol. If you go, it will be for the atmosphere and not the dessert.

We did the dessert only once, but that was when the desserts were still there (the ones that Sonnyjane mentioned)!! I'm not even sure if they still have the chocolate cake there?

Oh! That is sad about the famous desserts leaving. Our visit would be primarily for atmosphere and not looking for "killer" desserts. pirate:
Maybe, sharing some appetizers would be another option...
OR apps and dessert (skip the "meal") :thumbsup2
Thanks for sharing your thoughts :goodvibes

If you're only getting dessert, once you're seated tell them quick, unless you want a dinner roll with your dessert. They plop those things down fast. And in my case, that stupid dinner roll "peer pressured" me into ordering a lunch I didn't want, when we had planned on ONLY dessert. Stupid dinner roll....:headache::upsidedow

No dice. There are no appetizers listed on the menu that I know of. :( They seem pretty serious about grabbing patrons by the ankles and shaking them at BB. But it's still the most immersive dining experience in the park available to all guests and they're pretty much always booked solid so it's a seller's market. You may as well make a meal of it. Maybe just the true diehards can go while the rest go for counter service and a quick ride.

Well, that's exactly what we did, and we regretted it.

OP just go for the desserts, it's not a problem. I personally wouldn't invite comment by mentioning it when making the reservation or to the host/ess, but as soon as the server shows up, that's when you tell them!

Tip well (or talk to the manager if the server doesn't deserve a tip), and a good server will know that you'll be in and out faster, opening the table up to more customers, than if you had a whole meal.

pirate:AYE, thanks! I just didn't want to do the "wrong" thing by dessert only. I would love to stay for a meal and don't have a problem paying for it...yet the lil ones have a problem with staying put and finishing their meals. I don't want to subject my children's antsy pants and ruin someone else's experience  I think I will try a dessert time, perhaps I can judge my kids tolerance and try a BB meal...eventually!!!
Thanks again!
