Either in this show or a future show? 
A couple of idea's of mine.
A haunting. Strange shadows, items levatating, "breezes", "touches" when noone is around, etc. I could see a HG getting up for a latenight trip to the potty & they see a "headless" person walking....
For a future show, a total twin twist. 6-7 sets of identical twins. Each twin will be instucted to not let the other HG's figure out which twin is which. The last set of twins "standing" will get a special prize (maybe a new car each, or something to keep them motivated.)
