BB closing in May due to capacity

For my Disney friends that have been to BB recently, have they begun closing the park because of capacity? If they have, when my family and I arrive around 2:00 do you think it would be reopened by this time?

We were there last May and to my knowledge it never closed. We went more than once and it was most pleasant.
