has anyone ever seen the 2 bedroom villas or ANYTHING at BLT at more than a 5 or 10% discount? Thanks!

I would love to know too. I have a trip booked for next april 6th and would love a discount. Boy is it expensive :)

You are probably lucky to even get them to book for cash through Disney Reservation Center since BLT is pretty much sold out.

Go over to the DVC board and rent points from DVC member. Cheapest way to do BLT:thumbsup2

Find a friend that is a TA and tag along :)
Im paying $355.00.00 a night for a 2 bedroom which even shocked me that it was available. Taking a friend along and splitting the cost.

How? Was it in a pin or a general public discount? Lucky!

While BLT was in initial sales mode Disney had a lot of rooms available for cash. Now that the resort is winding down sales Disney no longer has the large quantity of cash rooms available. I would not expect to see a 40% off code again.

Yes. I agree with this. We checked in on opening day with the buy 4, get 3 free deal. It worked, they hooked us. Now we own there.

I was there opening day with the same promotion (but no purchase for me). I remember the CM talking about what a great deal it was while I was booking it. I had a great one bedroom overlooking the CR marina. I'd love to stay there again, but when even a studio is more expensive than the larger standard CR rooms right next door, I simply can't justify spending the cash to do it. Maybe when the GF opens and everyone flocks over there to try it out, we can get a better rate at BLT (at least for a while).

Is BLT ever included in the free dining or general public discount codes? I'm nervous about renting DVC points and sending my money to a stranger. If I could get a 35% discount I would "overpay" for the peace of mind.

Oct 2010 we stayed in a 1br there for 45% with a pin. It spoiled us - no where since has been as nice!

We've booked/stayed at BLT 4 times - 3 of those with discounts/codes.
1st time: 1 bedroom FD
2nd time: studio 40% room only AP discount
3rd time: 1 bedroom rack rate (ugh! :scared1:)
4th time: 2 bedroom - pitiful 5% room only discount.

Disney has been promoting OKW and SSR so much that I'm wondering if I will ever see significant discounts again.

How far out did you book? We are planning our 2nd stay in BLT for next June, but it isn't available to book yet. I want to be sure not to miss my chance

OKW and SSR are much bigger DVC resorts than BLT, so there's more inventory for Disney to get rid of, hence the discounts.

Last year I booked a client in a 2 bedroom at BLT under a marathon discount but it wasn't available for a GP discount or free dining. I don't think I've ever seen the two-bedrooms discounted other than that.
