Bathrooms -- ASSports -- Mighty Ducks?

Is there any truth to the rumor I'm hearing at work that the bathrooms at Sports in the Mighty Duck section are like the ones in a locker room? If so, can someone enlighten me more? The person who told me this said she heard it from her sister (aka rumor) but it did sound pretty gross

The Mighty Ducks section is at ASMovies, not Sports. We stayed at Movies last fall and the bathrooms were fine, one in each room like a regular hotel.......did she maybe mean the changing rooms at the pool or something?????? I don't remember what it looked like, we didn't go to the MD section except once to walk through, but it may have looked like a locker room on the outside? I don't see how that is gross if that's what she's talking about.

I'm sorry, you're right, ASMovies. She just said bathrooms, kind of compared it to a shower room in a locker room where all the water drains down into the middle of a tiled floor?

I stayed it ASMu in 98 and ASMo in 2000. Both times the bathroom was the same as any other hotel, a tub with shower and toliet with a sink and vanity outside the door.
I think I read about how someone here was concerned that the bathrooms in the All Stars didn't have tubs, just a shower that was tiled floor to ceiling. Not sure if this is what you meant but inless they reno'd the rooms and took out the tubs they should still be there. Hope this helps.

The King rooms at all the All Stars are all handicapped accessible with roll-in showers (no tubs); there's no 'lip' around the shower area so the water drains into a centrally located drain in the tiled floor. I've stayed in one and it's no big deal, a fair amount of water does congregate on the bathroom floor though.

Not all the King rooms are like this. We had a king last weekend at Sports (with a connecting double) & it had a bathtub. Although it did have a accessible sliding door instead of a regular closing door, looking back on it. I definitely remember that it had a tub though, because I don't like shower-only hotel rooms. I'm weird that way.

the pool is like a hockey court and "after the game you go to the lockers" wich is how this look from the outside but inside are regular bathrooms.

Didn't have any idea what you guys were talking about until I looked at the thread again myself, never even occurred to me.

On topic, maybe this person was referring to the fully tiled showers, it sounds like it.
