The limit is 15. How did you get 17?

That 15 candle limit is only strictly adhered to online. In store they will let you buy as many as many as you want. They just do in them in separate transactions. There was a photo on fb of a woman in one store who bought about 100 of them.
 
I’ve had too many problems with their candles not burning evenly, I now use Sonoma candles from Kohl’s and love them as they burn evenly, and when they are on sale and I have a 30% off coupon I can get them for $6.50.

I know a person that purchased 60 of them. She uses them in her floral arrangement business at craft shows.
 

DD worked as an associate at BBW. The largest order she ever rang up was over $1200! We figured it might have been someone with a business using them as gifts to employees... or someone with a whole lot of friends LOL
 
Does anyone know the time limit on returns for unused items?
When I was putting away my stash I found some candles that I never burned. I burned one of them and I hate it, it "burns" my nose.
I was wondering if they would take the 2 that are not burned and let me exchange them for another scent. I have no idea when I got them but it's been awhile.
Anyone know if they would do that?

I would at least try. They have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so I would explain you bought it a while go and recently got around to burning it and it burns your nose. Can't hurt to ask. :)

That is what I was thinking but I didn't want to be "that" person who takes advantage of a return policy in a way it wasn't intended.
I'm not going to return the one I started burning just the ones of the same scent I didn't light.
I'm going up today anyway to switch one of the ones I got last week so I'll bring those two just in case. The worst they can say is no, which I'm expecting anyway LOL
