Bass Fishing nearby?

My husband is interested in taking our son on a bass fishing trip during our stay to Orlando. Anyone have any experience renting a guide or charter for bass fishing near the Universal area?

Is he only interested in fishing for bass?

My son initially wanted to fish for tarpon during our September trip, but after doing some research, I found out that the Mosquito Lagoon is the "Redfish Capital of the World". (It's about a 45-minute drive from Universal.) My son has seen Mosquito Lagoon featured on fishing shows before, so now he's super psyched about going there. He's either going to fish inshore or nearshore, depending on the weather and conditions. Let me know if you want any more info or the link to the guide we've selected.

Forgot to say that Disney does have bass fishing excusions and piers. We're never gone on one, though, but there were a few threads on the DIS camping forum with more info!
