Baskin-Robbins free scoop

I don't know what you consider midwest, but all 3 kids and I got our free scoops here in Ohio a little after 6PM tonight--and lots of other people were there as well. They had 6 employees working. You could add another scoop for $1. I had nutty coconut, DD#1 had the puss in boots chocolate mousse, DS and DD#2 had chocolate.

Rock'n Robin, the Baskin Robbins in Kansas City don't participate. The girl told me that midwest stores don't participate. She said it was an east coast thing. I don't consider Ohio east coast, that's just what I was told.
