Basin & Bath & Body Works?

I am wondering if anyone knows whether there is a partnership between Basin (at DTD) and Bath & Body Works. Many of their scents have the same names. In particular I am wondering about Dark Kiss, which has been discontinued at BBW but is available as a solid perfume and also a bath bomb at Basin. I also saw Twilight Woods and Warm Vanilla Sugar scents at Basin.

I am 99% sure they are not. Bath & Body Works is part of L Brands.

And are you sure about the scents? The Basin site doesn't list any of those: http://www.basin.com/brands/.

I don't think they are in partnership. I don't remember seeing those names at Basin.

Yes, I was at Basin at DTD on Saturday and tried the Dark Kiss solid perfume. http://www.basin.com/dark-kiss-solid-perfume/ Not sure I saw perfume in the other scents but there were definitely bath bombs. Thanks for your responses - my DD really likes Dark Kiss from BBW but I wasn't sure if the Basin one is the same scent.
