Yes, and can confirm the avocado margarita is still on the menu.

Yes it is open but only for take-out. No seating in the bar area.

You could just stand somewhere to the side or find a bench or table. But no, you cannot drink it while moving. Even a straw would require you to move your mask to the point it wouldn't work.

The avocado margarita is available in Mexico (got it on two different days) and Frontera Cocina in Disney Springs also offers it. It is delicious in both locations.
