Banner for a friend with terminal cancer

I'm struggling with a project we're doing in my neighborhood. One of myneighbors, a young gal with 3 kids (11,8,4), is dying of lung cancer. She's fought a good fight for 3 years but is declining. Another neighbor passed out big pieces of paper to decorate to cheer her up...motivational, inspirational....

I'm at a loss as to what would be appropriate. She is also a Disney fan but I couldn't come up with anything. Any suggestions?

What about "Thinking of you on This Zippity Do Da Day!"? I think that would be how I would approach the banner.

How about using that paper to help her write notes to her kids to read over time? I guess I don't think making up a banner is the thing to do for someone that is dying.

I know....I guess people just want to try to add some cheer to a tough time.

Well from someone who went through cancer hades and back last year and Praise God I am still here.. (you might not like my cancer humor)

"Snow", kinda like christmas in July, Just want you to "snow" how much we care _ yeah someone being over a big lighted snowman.

Hearts and teddy bears - We love you "beary" much

Stars - You are our shining star

I guess I would lay off flowery type stuff, it reminds me of a funeral.
I like the christmas in July type thing, especially if its hot where you are

Honestly, I would like if someone would cook me a meal and we got plenty of them. As long as your family is fed helps you worry less etc.

We've been doing meals over the past three years. I'm sure they were appreciated. The Christmas in July idea is creative! I also found a Winnie the Pooh quote...."Nobody can be uncheered with a baloon." I was thinking of drawing some balloons and maybe a Pooh bear.

How about having one last Christmas for her and her family-get a tree and the whole deal?
