but I'm getting confused.

Our use year is December so for 2011, we could bank 100% of our points up until July 31, 2011 - is that right??

well, technically, your 2011 UY starts on dec 1, 2011 so you can bank up until july 31, 2012.

but for your 2010 UY, yes, you can bank through july 31, 2011.

like I said, I get confused because of the December thing -- I always think of it as next years (ie: 2011). Thanks everyone
