Just a head's up. I looked at my World Points today as I was close to the level I had been saving points to reach. My balance was really low. I called and they looked, called World Points, then asked if my email address was XXXX. Nope. Did I have a checking account with XXXXX. Nope. Someone used the account number to redeem the points for a $160 cash. New way to steal from credit cards without arousing suspicion.....who really checks their world points balance frequently? Head's up, folks.
