Wolfgang Puck Express (2 locations at DTD) is well known as offering a great value for a counter service credit. You will order and pay at a counter; then you will be seated and your meal will be brought to you by a server, who will also refill your drink as needed and bring your dessert when you are ready for it.
There are a number of counter service locations in the parks that offer a combo entree with half a chicken plus ribs plus side dishes. Among these locations are Flame Tree BBQ, Cosmic Ray's, and Fairfax Fare.
Pepper Market (CS at Coronado Springs Resort) has a steak dinner on its menu.
There is a thread here on this forum dedicated to listing items people have received for a snack credit. A few of our favorites include:
ham & cheese croissant @ Boulangerie Patisserie (Epcot, France)
Jarlsberg & leek soup @ Kringla Bakery of Cafe (Norway, Epcot)
chicken fried rice @ Anandapor Local Foods Cafe (aka Yak & Yeti CS), AK
baked potato @ Liberty Square Marketm MK
frozen cappuccino available at numerous locations
