Does anyone have an easy bananna bread recipe to share that they really like?

Banana Bread

1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar (sometimes I add half brown sugar, half white)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup plain yogurt (or sour cream or milk with 1 T. lemon juice when I don't have it)
2 large bananas, mashed

Optional - sometimes I add chopped nuts, about 1/2 cup, but my kids and I prefer it without them.

Beat the butter with the sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla and mix thoroughly. Mix together flour, baking soda and salt, and then add to mix. Fold through the sour cream and bananas.

Put into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 deg F for 60 minutes.

Banana Bread

5 T. butter, softened
2 eggs
2 very ripe bananas
2/3 c. sugar

Mash bananas and mix ingredients together.

In another bowl mix

1 1/3 c. flour
3/4 t. salt
1/2 t. baking soda
1/4 t. baking powder
1/2 t. cinnamon

Combine wet and dry ingredients until mixed together.

Pour into greased baking pan and bake at 350 until toothpick in center comes clean.

Large loaf - 50 minutes
small loaf - 30 minutes

Cool 10 minutes then remove from pan. Wrap when cool.

I also add nuts.
