Ballroom Dancers! Help with Princess and the Frog's "Never Knew I Needed"

Alright, I have a vision in my head but I am SO completely unfamiliar with dancing (two left feet here) that I have no idea how to start.

I want to do a "Dancing with the Stars" type ballroom dance to Ne-Yo's "Never Knew I Needed" from the Princess and the Frog soundtrack.

Does anyone else see my vision? Also, what kind/style of dancing would go well with that song? Ask your friends, ask your family... please. =)... I am considering a performance.

I can definitely see it being used for a dance number, not really anything ballroom like though, the beat's a little off to use for a waltz/vienesse waltz, which is what I would go for. Choreography wise, something like this could be used (lycial/modern/jazz)
