Balloons at Kidani

I read on one of the Disney sites that they will not deliver balloons to your room at AKL, due to animal safety. Does that mean you are also not allowed to buy them in the parks and bring them back? I am fine with this, by the way, just want to know the rules.

That is correct. You are not allowed to bring balloons back to your room. You can check them with bell services.

You may bring balloons back to Kidani but you will need to check them with Bell Services. There are also no plastic straws for the same reason...possible harm to the animals on the Savannah.
Well worth it to stay at such a beautiful, relaxing resort.

You are not allowed to have balloons if you do get one youcan play with it by luggage services only. Due to safety for the animals

Thanks, everyone! I am so glad I asked. My 3yo is obsessed with balloons. Honestly I didn't want to buy one anyway. At least now I have a great excuse!

Also know if this is your first AKL or Kidani visit, they have cameras everywhere to keep an eye on the animals so keep your drapes closed if you don't want them watching you. LOL.
