Balconies at OKW

Hi,

Just made reservations for our May 2010 vacation and reserved a 1br & a 2br near the HH. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the views from the balconies are like at these units. We have stayed at OKW numerous times but never near the HH and being close to everything is appealing to us.

Sounds great, but we've never stayed there either. I am going to guess that views are chiefly those of the golf course.

Some are OK and some not so good. We prefer buildings 23-26 with good golf course views. They are close enough without being too close. Buildings 11-14 have less of a view and face the HH parking and bus area.

Hi: Bldg. 26 does have some great golf views, but we just had a 2 br with a view of a water area with a broken fountain/spray- it just looked a little swampy without that extra touch. The balconies are a good size to sit and relax with a cold one after the parks,pool, or while little ones nap. We've also stayed in bldg. 12 on the second floor- nice view there too.

As ,mentioned, the Peninsular Road buildings (23-26) have golf views, but so do the units in buildings 11-14. The difference is that SOME of the views in building 14 can be of the driveway coming into the resort...Most however are not.

We just stayed in Building 14 in May (2nd floor, east side) and we had a great view! We were looking out on a lake with a fountain and a long Par 5 golf hole with the DTD baloon rising above it. I believe 12 and 13 also had very nice golf course views.

In previous visits, we've stayed in 25 and 26 and had nice views there as well.

Yes, as I said, 11-14 also have golf views with the EXCEPTION of a few units on the driveway side of the "H" shaped building 14.
