I am booked here for 4 days and 3 nights in August. I would love for someone to come along and give some more info. If not, then do a search, and you will find a few comments on it. Seems like a nice place, at least I am hopeful it is.

Hello, never stayed there but know the area and the resort well. Have toured the resort and looked at condos for sale.
Very beautifully landscaped resort about 4 miles straight south of the far west end of Disney World. Easy drive to the parks, just ask the desk for directions.
Condos are all owned by individuals so will be in good to great shape depending on how they are maintained. Originally they all were furnished alike with a tropical theme with lots of wicker.
Pool area is nice with a big view of a huge lake. Units are nice size at about 1200 sq feet.
Prices have really dropped and are tempting for a second home but monthly fees are really high at $400+ which is reflected in the fact that the grounds are very very nice.

I think you will like it. The buildings are colorful and very Floridish!

Reviews of Bahama Bay are very mixed. We didn't like it when we stayed there due to the noise factor and the increased travel time to the parks and shopping. I believe they also now charge a cleaning fee which is automatically tacked on to your bill. They also seem to have a lot of bused in school trips staying at the resort which unfortunately were not supervised as well as they should have been!

Hi, there was no tour, I just went to an open house of a condo for sale. This is not a time share property so there are no sales programs or tours.

They are all individually owned condos and I think a lot of the rentals are done through big companies. In my opinion travel time to the parks is just a few minutes more than the closest homes around Formosa Gardens.

Again, no time shares, no tours.
