Hello everyone,

Our first visit to DLP is drawing near! We'll be staying at Hotel New York from July 15-19 (very excited to be there just a few days after the opening of Ratatouille), and thanks to the great advice here we booked through the UK site and saved a bundle.

Now that the trip has been booked and dinner reservations have been made (again thanks to help here), I'm in the process of figuring out the finer details. The latest issue that has come to mind is what am I going to do on the rides. At both WDW & DL, I have been able to both bring my camera bag (wrapped around my leg on rides like RnR, Everest & California Screamin') and take pics. Will I be able to to do the same at DLP? Also, my wife bought me a GoPro. Could I wear it attached to a chest strap or a wrist harness? Or, does DLP have a no bags/cameras on ride policy?

Thanks in advance!

Jesse

I have never had any issues with taking my camera on a ride, obviously there's a no flash rule but other than that I think you'll be fine. I'm not sure if there's a 'no filming' rule or not, but i've never been told off for it :rotfl:

Awesome! Thanks so much.:thumbsup2

On RC Racer and Toy Soldiers Parachute Drop there's bag store areas, but there still wouldn't be a problem bringing a camera on with you.

Yeah I agree with the others, you'll definitely be fine, I've taken my video camera on many many rides and the cm's have never had a problem with it. :)

Great! Thanks for the tip about the bag store areas! RC Racer looks like a ride for the GoPro, as opposed to the DSLR!

Awesome! If you had no issue, I'm sure I'll be all set. Thanks! :cool1:
