Do Disneyland Paris have the 1st visit badges? Or birthday/celebrating badges?

No they don't do this like WDW and Disneyland do.

We were able to get a birthday sticker for our daughter from city hall in the disneyland park. The lovely cast member also arranged a birthday phone call with mickey mouse.

Oh okay cool thanks I mainly wanted a first visit badge for my friend as she's never been to any Disney parks before and wanted something little like that. Never mind! It's such a nice thing to have in the parks in Florida.

Maybe you could make one for her? With a wee mickey on it or something? It might not be official, but I bet the characters and cast members would still notice and might make a fuss of her.
