Really bad weather here in the UK, does anyone know if this will be disruptive to the Eurostar service on Saturday morning?. Long as it does not snow anymore than this... and also, I have read that you have to change trains at Lille?? although, I thought the Disney express ran from St Pancras all the way to Marne le Valle, how come the change at Lille? :confused3

Anyone got any good money saving tips?. Its my first time at DLP and I hear its very costly. We are staying half board though. :thumbsup2

Hi there!

I came back on Monday on the Eurostar when the snow had only just fallen.

There was a 1 hour delay on the train coming from London (although we had a 2 hour non-snow related delay on the Saturday) so you should be fine on Saturday.

The train runs direct from London to Marne La Vallee stopping at both Ashford and Lille, you need to change at Lille only if you have bought tickets that say that you have to change, if you have bought Direct Tickets then this will be shown on your tickets and you do not need to change.

My main Money Saving tips are to buy hot drinks in the park before 3pm and you will be given a voucher for a free one after 3pm basically making it BOGOF! and also to buy soft drinks from the Train Station shop for 1.80 insteaf of in the park for 2.50!

My best money saving tip is to take snacks/drinks into the park with you-we are a family of four and to stop have a snack in the park would cost us 10-15 euros. Do this twice a day and it really adds up! Mind you we did succumb to the odd hot chocolate or two when it was so cold in January, but it's so delicious I didn't mind paying out for it!

Also know some people buy Disney notebooks before they go to save money on the autograph books. Some people even buy cheaper souvenirs over here that they can produce when their los are asking for more expensive souvenirs in the resort! We find though that by saving money on the snacks we can hit the shops without worrying! :thumbsup2 With a bit of careful planning, it doesn't have to be too costly.

Have a great time :goodvibes

Thanks... :) To anyone who had been recently, I hear the newest attraction is the Tower of Terror... which part of the park is this ride in please? I have tried to look it up on the map but can't see it.

Any reccomendations for other new rides I may not already know about?? ;)

Thanks again for all your top tips. :thumbsup2

Have a look here- TOT is in the Production Courtyard area of the studios. Crush is in the studios too, thats another good ride.

I'd really recommend Stitch Live! I saw it for the first time this weekend and it it totally awesome

I can second that-when we go back in a couple of weeks it will be a must do for us :thumbsup2

Add me to the list of people who think that Stich Live is great.

My top tip would be to get to the Studios at least 15mins before official opening time and get in line for Crush's Coaster.
We did this and only waited 10mins to ride - the wait didn't drop below 30mins the rest of the day, and this is the same day that Tower Of Terror was practically a walk-on!

All the rides at the Studios (with the exception of Crush) are significantly quiter when the Stunt Show is on.
