Hmmm.... Pepsi lovers definitely in minority. Diet Coke outsells Pepsi. Pepsi is just plain gross, and the world agrees. 
That being said, if it was me... I’d have fountains for both brands. You have a captive audience, you could make good margin without an exclusive deal.
