As usual, the DVC booking tool would not let me borrow when grabbing a hard to get last second reservation (20 minutes ago). Frustrating, but I’ve lowered my expectations and no longer tell friends about the “great service“ at Disney. I just assume things won’t work, and DVC doesn’t care.

So chat wasn‘t operational, and I called at 7:20 (Eastern time) and the phone tree (and chat) says roughly “we are closed for the day, we are open until 7:30“. So they now just regularly cut out early, and really don’t care? Or please tell me this was the exception. Is management at DVC really this bad and trending worse?
 
I think I read some training was happening today.

Ah thanks, didn’t dig that out and the phone tree doesn’t stay it. But it’s good news. I was afraid things had become worse, when I thought they were improving with more staff.
