Yes...this is what I ended up getting my husband for Valentine's Day. I can explain, really. 
You see, I had planned to go shopping after church today. (Yes, I know, that's still procrastinating until the last minute.) I was going to go to my local chain grocery store and get him one of his favorite treats from the specialty bakery - perhaps a fruit tart or a lemon meringue pie - and a six-pack of his new favorite beer - Purple Haze - that he's been asking for.
Unfortunately I got called late last night to work all day (6am-6pm) today. DH works overnights - so now I won't see him until tomorrow. I stopped at a different location of the same grocery store I had originally planned on going to. This location sucked. No specialty bakery. Slim pickin's in what little bakery section they had (I know, it's my fault for procrastinating.) I couldn't buy beer because I was in uniform (not the store's fault - my agency policy). So, I formulated a new plan. I was going to get the individual servings of chocolate lava cake from the freezer section and a bottle raspberry ginger ale (another favorite - we always race each other to finish the bottle.) They had neither! What do you mean no raspberry ginger ale???!!!
So, I searched high and low for a couple of items that DH loves that I rarely buy for him...and I came up with bacon and gummy fish. Now, what man doesn't love bacon? I'll admit, it's not the most romantic valentine's gift ever. It's a good thing he loves me.
