Hello. Does anyone know if it is feasible to back out of a direct contract after completing the Docusign forms but before signing with the notary. We are in a period greater than 10 days since signing our documents but our appointment with online notary is not until next week based on our schedules and their availability. If we can cancel, would our deposit be forfeited?

Thanks!

If the notary was for financing only, then I’d say you may be out of luck. M

But, I would contact QA and ask them directly what your options are at this points.

Ask your guide. I backed out of my original SSR contract and had them redo it for RIV after 10 days, but that may be considered different.

This was years ago but we backed out in 2013 from AKV after signing everything so we could change to VGF after it was announced. DVC was fine with it. We also did more points.

Thanks all. We decided to just go through with our initial purchase. We were going to change use years, but in the end just decided to stick with the same one we have. Thanks so much for all of your insight!
