After enjoying my snack, I tried to call DH, but he didn't answer. So, I figured the tour was still on-going. I decided to do a little shopping. One of the things on my shopping list for the trip was a special Christmas ornament for each of our girls. It’s a tradition I started when they were born. Each year, we buy them an ornament and then they get to place their own ornaments on the tree each year when we decorate it.

I love the Disney ornaments

DD6 had gone to cheerleading camp over the summer and absolutely loves that kind of stuff. I was looking for a High School Musical ornament, but couldn't find one, so I bought a Minnie cheerleader ornament for her instead.

Needless to say, both girls were happy on Christmas morning.

The CM saw our anniversary buttons and gave us a chocolate cake for free! Score!!!

The chocolate cake was very rich – the icing was about an inch thick.

Even Plankton enjoyed the chocolate cake!

The woman actually asked the teenage girl why she couldn't control the children. First of all, it wasn’t that loud. The fact that the upstairs of the restaurant was empty might have made it seem worse than it was, but I wasn’t annoyed by his behavior at all. And, if she was that annoyed, why did she choose to sit right next to the big group of kids?? The kids were there first and they had many other choices for seats. They could have moved if they were that bothered, but instead, decided to yell at the teenage sister and make her cry. It just infuriated me and I almost said something to the woman, but Eric told me to let it go.

I hate hearing stuff like that. The poor teenager

I hope you at least gave the woman a really DIRTY MEAN look

I have yet to try CHH, I'm sure I will at some point on my two upcoming trips.

No, not too far at all. We're in Fishers, but almost to Noblesville. Drive through Pendleton every time I make the trek to Fort Wayne though...

We are as far south Pendleton as you can get and right off of the interstate...just 5 miles north of that new mall they're building!

Glad you found some special ornaments! We always buy an ornament when we travel to WDW as a family. The kids get to put our Disney ornaments up each year, too!

Too bad about the bad behavior you had to witness... just don't understand people sometimes... poor teenager...

We are as far south Pendleton as you can get and right off of the interstate...just 5 miles north of that new mall they're building!

You must live in the neighborhood where we have a few friends. Right off the Lapel exit? You can see it from the highway, right? I think they live on Evening Song Drive? Does that sound familiar?

My in-laws just moved here from Michigan City and built a house in the Del Webb community off of Cyntheanne and 136th Street. We pass by the mall everytime we go out to visit them (or when we go to Fort Wayne). We're right off 146th Street.

I started buying my boys the Hallmark Train 1st Christmas etc. too. Evan has up to the 3rd one and Alec only has up to the 2nd and then they got into different likes. I debated whether to still get them those and another and then said nope!

And that lady was a beyotch eh? Can I say that word? I guess I'll find out!
