So sad to be back, but despite everyone in our party of 8 coming down with chest colds (we fell like dominos) it was a magical trip. We stayed at our home resort SSR and had room 5310 at the Paddock, which is right by the pool and bus station (lot's of cups of hot chocolate) last time we went for 2 weeks we stayed at the Springs and while the proximity to main pool and Artists Pallet were nice, I think the Paddock was better. I was impressed with the bus service this time vs prior trips.... Never had to wait for a second bus and they typically were not overly packed. Past trips to SSR were problematic due the transportation issues we experienced. I love WDW at the holidays! I have been going at that time of year for almost 40 years now....
