My name is Kate. I'm 24 years old and the mother of a 5 month old little lady, Rory. I am self employed. I am the artistic director/owner of Studio K, a dance studio here in my hometown. That is where the problem lies...
I have been dancing since I was 3 years old. By the time I was in high school, I was going to class 4 days a week for 5-6 hours a night. I was slim, in shape, but not THIN. I don't have a "thin" body type. I graduated high school at 145 pounds and I looked good! I was never comfortable because I as comparing myself to my sister. (She's SKINNY!!) Looking back on those pictures, I looked healthy, strong and GREAT. My legs especially!
I'd loooove to get back to that look. (I also am large chested and that makes up a bulk of my body issues. I spend a good chunk of my life trying to disguise my chest.)
Currently, 5 months post delivery, weight 188 pounds. UGHHHHHHHHHHHH. That's so not good, especially for a dance teacher.
I need to set some goals and I need to be held accountable for my goals.
SO. Here we go! Weigh Ins will be on Wednesdays.
