Has anyone done this and can you give me any advice on doing this? I am booked to go on Disney Fantasy and wanted to jump on the Wish.

I am wondering how it works? - When you get off the one, do you have to go through the process again to get back on the next? I know it is separate cruises, so I assume you have to do everything twice and just handle it as two separate cruises. I just can't find anything on this. Back to back on the same ship I can find.

Even back to back on the same ship is two separate cruises. Yes - you still have to go through all the boarding procedures including testing if that is still going on.

They have two ships leaving the same day? I wouldn't think that the Port Canaveral Disney terminal could handle boarding Fantasy and Wish at the same time.

Should be 2 different terminals. I wonder if they'd be able to transport your luggage to the other ship/terminal or if you have to bring it yourself.

If it's the Fantasy and the Wish, then they won't be at the same terminal unless there's a weird cruise. The Fantasy leaves on Saturdays and the Wish will leave on Mondays and Fridays. But I guess there are the occasional weird cruises like the 8-night Fantasy or the 5-night Wish. Does anyone know of an instance where they line up to be at Port Canaveral on the same day? It does seem rather unlikely.

I’m wondering this as well. I quickly looked at the site and didn’t see any at a quick glance that would line up.

There was at least one time where 2 DCL ships were in Port Canaveral at the same time but it wasn't a planned meeting.

We did a Dream, side by side with a Fantasy B2B once. Dream cruise was Sun-Wed (debark Thur) cruise, then the Fantasy B2B was 2 7 night cruises beginning on Saturday. We spent the 2 nights between Dream & Fantasy cruises at WDW.

This seems like the more likely senerio if ships are different.

We looked for this. The closest we could get was 9-day on Fantasy and then two night stay. Then 4-day on Wish.

Any normal, 7-day Fantasy cruise (Western Caribbean or Eastern Caribbean) will return on a Saturday. Two days later, the Wish will depart for a 4-night Bahamas cruise on Monday. This is almost always true, except for when one of the ships does something special (e.g. a 9-night cruise on the Fantasy).

I did this on the Fantasy and then the Magic when she also sailed out of PC and they had 3 ships there over winter. Spent the in between days at WDW. It was great.

It could be a Wish 4-night returning on a Friday, stay a night in PC, then get on the Fantasy on Saturday.

But regardless, it is 2 different cruises.

Eta: Yes, I see the OP is talking Wish after. But the only way I could see it with only one night in port is Wish first.

I see some 6 or 8 nights on the fantasy that get back on a Thursday or Sunday so it would be possible with staying 1 night and then getting on the wish. Just not the typical B2B getting off the ship and back on.

No, there would be a day in between the cruises. The first cruise would be a 5 day ending on Friday and the next would begin on Sat.
