Hi,
Here's a report from our latest trip. It's not a detailed one but a few highs and low's. Will post the Cruise one later.
Mick & The Daragon

Left Boston on the 4th May 07 and headed to the Little Foxes Hotel close to Gatwick Airport. First time we have stayed here but it was very good. Got a nice room and breakfast and 3 weeks parking for £95.
Taxi arrived next morning as arranged and cost £10 to the terminal.
As we had already checked in online just had to drop our bags off and head through security which was very busy but we got through quite quickly. Then headed for the Priority Pass Lounge and relaxed before our flight (VS27)
Boarding went ok and we took our seats at the rear of the aircraft (61A & C) and we took off ontime
Arrived in Orlando at 2:30 pm and after a 15 min delay due to problems with the airbridge(?) we headed for immigration.
As we were some of the last to leave the aircraft the lines were long but luckily we have new biometric passports and we were told to use the US citizens counters which were empty. Got through to the Budget hire car desk about 45 mins later. This was one of the "lows" had to wait an hour to get to the counter! Eventually got to the garage and drove off in our Ford Taurus.
Spent the night at The Quality Inn Int. on I Drive ($58 bargain) to save using our DVC points for a Saturday night. After check-in we went to Perkins for dinner then on to Epcot to see Petula Clark at the Flower Power Concert followed by the fireworks. Great night.
Had breakfast at the hotel and the food was good it was nice meeting some of the servers again as we have stayed here many times. Later we checked in at BWV for the next 6 nights. Put the luggage in storage and spent the day at AK. Neither of us are rollercoaster fans so the safari was about as exciting as it got! Had lunch at the Flame Tree which was as good as ever.
Got back to BWV about 5pm and our room was ready so got the luggage sent to us. We had a BW view studio (2013) which was ok but a bit of a hike from the lobby. Went to Golden Coral for dinner and called at Publix for supplies.
Did the 3 other parks over the next few days not much different to report. As it was the Garden and flower festival in Epcot it looked great and we got to see Davy Jones in concert! Had dinner at Le Cellier which was as good as always. The previous night we went to Tony Romas which we thought was great value. One lunchtime we went over to Celebration and had a nice walk round the lake which took about an hour as we got chatting with people we met, such a freindly place. We also had a ride around the Formossa Blvd. area and there were lots of properties for sale so it looks like the slump continues.
Thats about it for the 1st week, if you have any questions fire away.

I'm off to read the next one! Thanks

Sounds like a good first week :thumbsup2

.....We had a BW view studio (2013) which was ok but a bit of a hike from the lobby.....

That was our only gripe about BWV - our room was a very long way from the elevators
