We are just back from a quick Christmas trip from 12/16 to 12/21 and the crowds were very manageable if not low.
We arrived at or before park openings each day and also used TGM as well. Most rides were walk ons or a short wait with fast passes. The longest wait we had was about 15 to 20 minutes for the new Nemo ride in Epcot. TGM was very helpful in planning which parks were best for each day and for which rides to hit once we were inside.
The buses were pretty much empty and a few times we had the bus all to ourselves. The only time we had a crowded bus was one night on the way to DTD.
The weather was AWESOME. No humidity and temps in the high 70s all week with NO RAIN.
We would defintely make another trip before Christmas again.
