We have been back for a week. We had a WONDERFUL time! Stayed at Disneyland Hotel for 6 nights and loved it!

We were able to use Early Entry twice. We could have used it three times, but we had Goofy's Kitchen PS one of the mornings. Most days we spent at both parks. (Loved DCA, by the way.) Crowds were bearable and the weather was nice....not too hot. We used fast passes a lot and took advantage of EE for short lines in Fantasyland.

We had Fantasmic Balcony seating the 26th and were the first ones seated, so we were right in front! It was AMAZING....A big highlight to our trip!!

The kids had a blast and my 3 yo was amazing on the rides. There were some rides and attractions I just wasn't sure about for him and he did just fine. :)

Ate at Blue Bayou for lunch one day, which we didn't get to do last time so it had been 15 years since dh and I had eaten there. We really enjoyed that and the kids loved eating there.

It had been nearly 5 years since we had been to DL and we loved the additions of DCA and DtD!! We will NOT be waiting another 5 years to go back. We are hoping to make another trip in 2007.

Thanks for all the tips and advice! They really came in handy!

Hi! Glad you had a great time. Who were the characters at your Goofy's Kitchen breakfast? We have to search out Pluto! Is he there?

We only saw Pluto in the lobby of Goofy's kitchen. We were walking through going back to our room and they called us over to get some pictures taken with him. They used our camera for some of the pictures so we didn't feel the need to buy the ones that they took. :teeth:

For our breakfast at GK, Goofy, Max, the Madhatter, & Chip and Dale came to our table. For our dinner at GK, Minnie, Mulan, Aladdin, Goofy & Chip and Dale came to our table. Our 3 yo hid under the table any time a character came to our table with the exception of the Madhatter, Mulan and Aladdin. :rotfl:

We are going to WDW in October, but I still love Disneyland more!!

There is more to do as far as different parks and resorts, but the Disneyland Hotel is by far and away THE BEST!!! I am very jealous :flower:

I also love DTD in CA much better than in FL. And DCA is a GREAT GREAT park, where the other parks in FL are OK but not as great.

We are looking forward to returning to the magic of DL CA Summer 2006. Glad you had a great time!!!
