Babysitting at WL?

My husband and I will probably want to go to epcot one night for dinner, so what are my options for having someone watch my 2 year old in room? (he will likely be asleep).

Are there reputable local companies that do this or is it best to stick with resort folks?

We have used the company Kid's Nite Out several times to watch out kids in WDW resorts, and we were refer'd to them by the concierges b/c apparently they are the only officially sanctioned ones...although I do remember fairy godmothers also doing the same a few years ago...PM me if you'd like their phone number (or you can find it on the web I'm sure)...
