Baby's First Haircut on Disney Fantasy

Hi all!

We were originally going to get my grandson's first haircut at the Barbershop in the Magic Kingdom, but it is now looking like it will be closed when we are down there. Does anyone know if they will do his first haircut on board the Fantasy? Maybe at BBB or the Barbershop? We were really looking forward to getting this done Thanks!

I'm not positive what its like on the Fantasy, but on the Wonder, when we were on the Panama cruise, my little guy (then just two) legitimately needed his bangs cut and they were really flustered to as what to do.

Apparently they don't do kids much. luckily they were really dead at that time so they kinda snuck us in, and luckily my kiddo sat nicely and was quiet.

Hi, we love and have that tradition. My DS always gets his hair cut at the Barbershop in MK. So much so we know Mike and Diane quite well by now, twice a year visits. We started that Disney tradition 6 years ago, and DS is now 7. He looks forward to it, every time. We met a woman that overheard me and DS talking about it one day, and she told us that she did the same with her DS, over 25 years ago. She mentioned that her DS was at WDW for a business convention and purposely bought a day park ticket to get his hair trimmed, to keep the tradition alive. He called his mom from there and she told us this while holding back some joyous emotion, but I digress..... I would try, it is a great tradition. Or even a resort like in the GF if the Barbershop is closed.

For our Fantasy cruise the hairdresser/barber did in fact cut my then 5 year olds hair, however not a first haircut, and not an infant. I would think they could but defiantly let them know when you call that it is for an infant. BBB only styles hair, they don't cut hair, at least that is what they do in MK and DTD a year or so ago when I couldn't get an appointment in Barbershop, yep we stayed an extra day to get that hair cut but we didn't mind it's MK
