If there is a ride that both my kids are too small for, such as rip rocket, can we use the single rider line for the baby swap, as DH and I won't be riding together anyways?

I don't recall there even being a baby swap area on HRRR. I would just have the nonriders wait outside the ride. The single-rider queue on HRRR is hit-or-miss anyway.

Yes, you can do that.

The child swap area is room with windows by where you exit. It's also right next to the elevator. And it's air conditioned!
