Baby Stations?

Hi SandJ77449
Elaine, Jackie, Elaine and Reid welcome you to the DLP DIS board :flower3:

We are a friendly bunch here so please join in on any other thread or if you have a number of questions then just start a new thread for each

If you have not had a look yet, DLP posting rules are here
http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1477038,
DIS posting guidelines can be found here
http://www.wdwinfo.com/guidelines.htm

I've not personally needed to use the baby stations at DLRP, but I know others here have, I'm sure they'll be along to help you :goodvibes

I haven't been to WDW so can't compare but the station I went in had rockers (for breastfeeding), highchairs and a table, microwave, bottle heaters, water & cups (for Mum I guess), baby changing areas (nice and clean) and toilets.

Not sure if that helps? I didn't use a baby station to feed my DD2 (I'm breastfeeding) until Day 3 of our trip (just kept popping into somewhere for a coffee) - wish I'd used it earlier though - it was warm and OK so would use again no problem.

Great, thanks for the replies, I really appreciate it!
It sounds like your baby stations are exactly like the one's at WDW.

I am not personally going, but a friend is... I sent her the link to DLP forum. I will let her join DISboards and ask her own questions from this point on.

Did I post something wrong or were you just being kind to give me the rules and guidelines?

Be aware that in the whole week that we were there I never did find a baby change facility in a male toilet.

I'd love to know if they actually exist as the only place that I could change Kacee was at the baby station next to City Hall

You see it's things like that, that bug me a little about DLRP - why should a man not want to change his baby in a toilet? I must admit we always headed for the Baby Station but it did mean a 'walk' just for the sake of it sometimes ;)

There are a few things I think they could have 'done better' with regard to kids and babies at the Park....

Ok, I'm off my soapbox now :lmao:
