Great photos - keep 'em coming. Rog, bet you wish that old Chevy was still around! I'm thinking that was a 57 in the background?

I'd like to offer up a few, but our house burned to the ground when I was a kid and I don't think we have any baby pics left. I still have a memory of one of those black & white photos taken on Santa's lap in a department store. I was giving the ole man a look like he'd be in trouble if I didn't get everything on the list. I'll have to see if that one is still around, think it was given to the grandparents and probably was not in our house at the time of the fire.

I don't have any. They were ruined when the basement of our house flooded in (do I dare admit this?) around 1958 or 1959. However, Al has all the family slides kicking around somewhere. Dare he try and post any of those?

Hey Rog, is that base housing? Sure looks familiar. (BTW, tweaked your scan a bit)

What a cute idea! I'd love to see everyone's baby pictures! I don't have many of me....maybe I can get some from my mom, but here's what I have...

I guess I don't have any "baby" pics of me either...I'll have to get them next time I go to visit family in Texas...

I did find my 3rd and 4th birthday pic. And how about this...it's all Disney! :thumbsup2

Wow, I wish I still had the ceramic Snow White and Seven Dwarfs that was on this cake!

No, but it was about as "basic" as a house could be!!! Wow, Shan...that looks better than the actual photo itself!!

Heeey...thats some BUSY wallpaper....how cute were YOU!!!!!!

Ugh, it was terrible wasn't it?? Oh, but even better...there was green shag carpet in the living room that matched! :rotfl:

Rog, that mini bird is funny! If you had any of those cars now, you could pay off the truck, buy a camper, and pay for a half dozen trips to the fort.

Shan I have pic of me in a pink and white striped one pc jump suit my grandma made for me. She was so proud of it, she made another for my brother, we wore it for xmas and thanksgiving the next year and both hid it in the closet never to be seen again!! I need to find that picture.... I would win most embarassing hands down.

Yeah...they had some WHAT ARE NOW considered awsome vehicles...but then they were just regular ol' cars. I remember my mom hounding my dad about "getting that hunk of junk 55 chevy outta the back yard", and the Ford Fairlane in that first pic I posted was like this awful lemon yellow and she hated it because of the color. I remember standing up on the back seat while riding in that car....child seats werent always required by law!!!
