Hey Brooklyns Mom.....:yay:

Your mom, MeMom, told me about this thread...so am subscribing...

I love trip reports and hear this is a good one...

:goodvibes :goodvibes :goodvibes

OH MY GOSH! They are too cute together! I guess that is a little glimpse of life with twins!

The pictures are TOO CUTE!!!! Thanks for giving me a smile today! :goodvibes

It was definitely a glimpse of life with twins. It really wasn't any harder than having one though. It was man to man defense.

Those pictures are too cute. It looks like they were having fun!!

They had a blast. After Eve left, Brooklynn took a nap. When she woke up she started crawling around and looking around, like where is my friend?

Memom and I are hitting the Disney Store's semi annual sale this weekend. So I can't wait for that. Brooklynn is still an outfit or two shy of having enough Disney clothes for our trip.

We live outside Rochester.

Yes, we'll be at POP from July 26-31!

Those two little girls are too too sweet! Awesome pictures!!

Can't wait!

I agree. Those two babies in the shopping cart and holding hands while they were laying there watching TV are worthy of some big old smiles, but you have a smile everyday on the Dis! Why, I believe you even had a smile when you were TRYING to imitate a ferocious, menacing dinosaur on your trip report. You weren't looking too fierce there, with your pose and your claws and your smile! That was an awesome read-along, and that picture of your mom with her head buried into your shoulder on Expedition Everest makes me laugh.

By the way, you've got something pretty cool going on in your signature. I think it is pretty awesome that you'll be going high class next trip at the Animal Kingdom.

I HAD to laugh while trying to look "ferocious", because it took my Mother awhile to take the pic, and passersby were looking at me as if I got off the short bus!

YES! I am OVER THE MOON! I can't wait to actually walk up to the desk and say "Gmax checking in from The DIS :snooty: ".

This report has been ALOT of fun! I'm glad that you are taking the time to write it! And thanks for reading mine! See ya next time!

I have a question about body glide...do you use it on your feet? If so, do you put it on your feet, then put socks on over it?

We have some body glide, I think it was bought for mountain biking, but never used it. Might as well bring it with me to Disney World!

It's supposed to work miracles at keeping the blisters away. This will be our first time to use it, so I'll let you know. I got the small tubes through REI. I've already opened mine to check it out, but I really didn't do enough walking to be able to give an opinion yet.

Yes, please do share your opinion after you use it!

Loving your pre-trip report, ladies! :thumbsup2

How fun it must be to be part of a Disneyfied family! My mom goes on yearly business trips to Orlando and couldn't care less about the offerings of the Mouse. :confused3 She spent a day at EPCOT and obviously forgot to drink the water. She's a fantastic lady, but oh how I'd love to spend some time in the World with ALL of my family. Thank goodness we've converted our DD8 and DS3 from birth...as if they had a choice!

Have a fantastic trip...and thanks for the envelope idea. I've been looking for a different way to count down to our October trip with the kiddos, and this just might be the ticket! :teeth:

Yeah, I'm sure the kids would enjoy opening envelopes each day. I know I have! Just getting to answer a question like, "Will we ride Pirates of the Caribbean or Peter Pan first?" makes it seem a little closer.

The answer, by the way, is Peter Pan, because I know we'll head to that area first for Brooklynn.

And for some exciting news, we are now the proud owners of a Disney Dining Card...and we plan to wear it out over the next year!!!

Body Glide? Can I get it at a regular drug store? I am always getting blisters on my feet... I know this is off topic, but I just got my DME vouchers and luggage tags today... so excited :cool1: :cool1:

Thanks for the invite to your thread. As you requested, here are a couple more shots from our stay at Pop, back in 2004.

Thank you for the pictures!!! Between you and declansdad and anybody else that wants to add in, I think I can make it through the next three weeks! I just love the bright colors and the "aliveness" of Pop! This will be our first trip to Chef Mickey's, so we're looking forward to that.

Jill is coming up for the day, so I'm happy because I get to see her and my Brookie-baby. We will be hitting the Disney Store, because we can't be together and not go to the Disney Store. Brooklynn looks UP the whole time she is in there. She is fascinated by all the big figurines hanging above. We'll check back in later, and if there are more pictures (hint, hint) that will make the day even better!

PS - Do you know how annoying it is to have a key that sticks? My "m" has been ornery this morning. So, I've been typing stuff like orning, ake, and coing, and when I go back to read it, it akes no sense. (See what I ean?) Have a great Saturday everyone. (Good thing it's not onday, huh?)

mmmmmmmmm...I'm making it practice!

I didn't have any luck finding the Body Glide in stores, so I ordered it from the REI website. It came in two days. I just got the small ones. I figured they'd be easier to transport, if we wanted to throw them in our bags, and if it doesn't work, we won't have spent tons of money. The tubes I got are about as long as my index finger, if that helps you visualize the size. I think the regular ones are kind of like a regular size deodorant stick.
