Sorry about the family crisis. I've been having a few around here too. Does anyone else avoid telling your extended family (cousins, etc) how you really feel to avoid drama? Even when asked point blank about how I feel, I lied. Because I know if I said how much they really upset me it'd just start too much drama that I don't need.

As for the warm, not a problem. We spent the weekend in the pool enjoying the 80 degree temps. That and a nice alcoholic drink help me deal with the family carp.

Sadly, no, this is not going to have a quick, easy solution. I even thought about not taking my trip, but ultimately staying home doesn't help anyone, and the change of scenery with my best friends will do me good.
