I'm hiding while DH gives the kitties their mani-pedis. Scotty tried to climb on my shoulders this morning and almost shredded my blouse with his sharp claws. They'll be ticked off for the rest of the weekend, so I'll get lots of ignore time in.

We're heading to a minor league baseball game later today. It'll be fun, but hot tonight. Hat, sunscreen, more sunscreen, camera, beer money - check. I'm ready to go! Y'all have a great weekend and stay cool! I'm going to go put my headphones on so I can't hear Sulu Kitty telling DH, "No! No!" It's very plainly mewed, even DH can understand him, and he uses it appropriately. It's the only human word he mews.

Canon Australia called me on Wednesday. They must have pushed my job to the top of the queue. I got it back on Thursday.

I was right. That focus ring that they replaced in 2013 (because I dropped the camera and broke it) was broken again. They didn't charge me for the service....but had to charge me for the part. The replacement part was still expensive....but not as expensive as including the service fee!!!
