Very sad indeed. I don't think we realize how desperate those women are in China who have more than one child.....or who have a girl, instead of the much needed boy in that country. Thankfully, lots of those beautiful Chinese babies are making it here to our FREE country where they can have as many babies as they want & KEEP them when they grow up! Even the mothers who want to give them up for adoption would go to jail, so they have no choice. They cannot abandon (nor give up for adoption) but also they get punished if they keep their 2nd baby. Doesn't make any sense...

I'm fortunate to have one of those blessed little angels as my Godchild.

My Godchild was found on the steps of a police station. Obviously her birth mother wanted her found immediately & taken care of.

This bus story is hard to stomach though!

This is one of the most DISCUSTING things I have ever read!!! The "people" (if you can call them that that did this need to be shoved into a suitcase and drugged so THEY don't cry. I don't give a damn how desperate they are!!!!!!!!!!

I just can't even believe it. How horribly terrible. Thank God those babies were found. I think that I have heard the worst of what happens in this world, and then another terrible story comes along. How can people do this?

That is one of the most disgusting things I've ever read. I would happily take a few of those babies home with me, I so wish it were that easy.

This is why I've wanted to adopt a baby girl from China for YEARS. It's just not fair the way they treat them over there. I wish I could go over there and take one of those babies now, but I'm sure after this came out there were families lined up ready to take them. I'm sure they will all be placed in good homes.

Yes there are tons of couples lined up to adopt those precious abandoned children from China but China only lets out so many per year at aprox. $25,000 a pop. (My friend has adopted 2 & that's their financial limit ~ $50,000.)

So have your money ready & plenty of time, since it also takes a little over a year (after all the paperwork starts) to get there & save one. There are thousands & thousands of baby girls in very poor orphanages, in run down facilities.

I too am absolutely appalled at the baby in suitcase story but it's probably one story we just heard about...I can't even imagine what other horrible stories are out there that we haven't heard about!
