Lots of good responses so far so I will just say "what they said".
However we love Epcot, there is fun things for both kids and adults and just strolling around and relaxing is great. Last time we went into France to see the movie (less then 30 min.) It is a great sit down movie with beatiful music and senary. My kids loved it (rather like baby enstine) and both feel alseep (4 years old and 17 months old. We then depostied them in the stroller and had the best afternoon of the trip. We strolled around, sat on a bench and rested, listened to music. The kids were well rested after and we ate at Canda and had a wonderful time.
We arive May 6th, but only stay at WDW until May 9th, then head over to vero beach.
Epcot has the flower and garden festivil in May. Last year they had a number of other atractions specail that were great for kids. Garden playgrounds, buterfly exhibts, Climbers etc.... It was great.
I agree with sking Engery adventrue. very long and you can get "stuck in it" especailly if a child gets upset. Mexico is great, ride it a few times in a row, never a line. Check out the toy train set in Germany. Wacth performers around WS, lots of fun. We have taken a 7 month old child on Melstom.
Your older child with love pressed pennies. I haven't done the passport yet, but plan to later. My 5 year old says her favorite at epcot is Figment, but we all think it is pretty lame

She likes the play area after. Even if you don't do HISA (we don't, DD doesn't want to, it can be scary,) make sure to visit the jumping water.
Have a great trip!
Have a great time. Look for the cute brown haired kids in the double peg pergo stroller, that will be us!
