Thankyou so much for posting this info, I certainly have plenty of flights in that timeframe and with a family of 5 this will add up nicely:goodvibes

Have filled in the form-Have 3 return trips to claimGot 2 in married name and one in my maiden. That will be fun getting that back:rotfl:

Tried to fill in registration form & it keeps saying:
'The verification words are incorrect' and
'Required fields'
I've filled all the fields in!!!

You could always try the audio link next to the words - they should read them for you then.

Did you put in the letters at the bottom of the page?
I didnt at first and this came up
'The verification words are incorrect' and
'Required fields'

I flew in August 2005 but can't find any reference to surcharges on my paperwork. Is it likely that we didn't pay any because we booked with VH a year in advance?

i'll check that - thanks :)
i've wrote down the free phone number too incase it doesnt work!

Just thought I would mention that the time frame they state is for when you BOOKED THE FLIGHTS not when you travelled.

Also you are going to have to give details of actual surcharge paid and booking reference.

This is going to be very difficult, but I guess that is their aim as Virgin say the claims are not going through them so they will not help.

I have flown twice a year in those time frames, but can only prove 1 with e ticket on an email as previous to that they used to issue actual tickets and who keeps the actual tickets after 3 years! I like most of us have the dates that I travelled, but it does not seem as if that is enough. Nevertheless I am going to claim for at least the 1 flight I can prove with all the details on the e ticket just to prove the point.

I have just submitted my form. I bet we only get £2 each back.

Waste of time for me then!!
I booked before August for our 04 trip & we travelled after March on our 06 trip!
AND i dont have any documentation anyway!!

Good luck to everyone else :)
