BA Executive Club question

We have never flown BA before but after an issue claiming miles with VA after our last trip I want to get everything right this time. So I signed myself, DH and both boys up for the Executive Club and created a Household Account with myself as the lead passenger. Linked all of us up and put in our flight reservation number but only our outbound flight (Dublin to Gatwick) is showing on the reference number. Our connecting flight to MCO and return flights are not showing. Everything was booked at the same time and I can see the other flights on the reservation when I go to Manage my Booking so I'm just assuming they show the first flight on the reference and once we have completed that flight and are waiting on our connecting flight the LGW-MCO flight will show up. Might be a silly question but I definitely want to make sure we get our miles. Any help/advice much appreciated :goodvibes

Is it when you enter the reference via manage my booking or when you log in via the Exec Club (or both)?

We have a household account too and if you log in to the Exec Club it has a list of upcoming flights so your flights should show there, if not it may be there your Exec Club numbers haven't been applied for some reason. If it's when you go in via MMB are all the flights on the same reference number?

Whatever way you are going in if you are not seeing what you expect call BA for piece of mind. Also, once you have made the flights make sure they track correctly - our last flights to Montreal tracked at 0 miles which was wrong and they had to manually adjust them!

Hope you get it sorted okay.

Thanks for the response :goodvibes The flights are showing up just fine in MMB but just the first leg of our journey is showing in the Exec Club page. I will get in touch with them today and see if I can get it sorted :thumbsup2
