So we are booked on the Fantasy - for SWDAS - this would be our second time on board - but then I saw the updated kids areas on the Dream and we are now thinking of doing B2B instead - a bit less money for the kind of cabin I want - pros: two stops at castaway, the kids area - new shows that we haven't seen yet - but still have goofy golf and aquaduck... we typically don't cruise for the ports except for castaway....other than a bit of wasted time for disembarking/re-embarkation...what are the pros/cons? Is teh SWDAS worth it?

I'd try B2B just to increase my cruise total. ;) And because CC is your favorite port.

If you aren't doing it for the ports or SWDAS, I would do the B2B. We did a B2B on the Magic last summer and embark/disembark are easy.

If you don't care about the ports, then I'd say to do the B2B. Try to get the same room, it would be nice to not have to switch rooms. I haven't been on a star wars cruise so cannot comment on that but have done a B2B and did like being able to see the shows again or if we skipped one, we had another opportunity to see it. We had the same servers too which was nice. We didn't ask for that, they had that set up for us.
