B resort vs Best Western at Disney Springs

Great rates for a long weekend at the B Resort and Best Western at Disney Springs. Three guys playing golf and need room with 2 beds and sleeper sofa. No kids this trip. Much cheaper than Double Tree and seem walkable to DS. Any reason to avoid either of these hotels? Any reason to choose one over the other?

B Resort is a newly renovated hotel a few years ago and we love it.

Best Western is older and I don't think has had a rehab in many years.

If prices with fees/parking are even remotely close, I would be booking B Resort.

Best Western would save about $40 per night over B Resort. I currently have B Resort booked via the Mouse saver rate.

Split three ways I'd still go with B, but it's just beds so only you can decide.

FYI, we were 3 adults and each had bed with the sofabed. Comfortable and just fine.

I love BW, but Ive never stayed at B. BW has a large ppol that has been really quiet the 3 times we've been. I assume everyone is at the parks or out doing activities during the day, but it sure is a difference from crowded Disney resorts. BW has a pool bar, 2 restaurants, a grab and go, couple of gift shops. Everything you need and I believe parking/resort fee total is only $13 per day. That is cheap compared to a lot of others in the area. Ive only stayed one or 2 nights at a time in the past before checking into a Disney resort, but this upcoming trip, we are staying 4 nights to visit other Orlando attractions before going to Disney. The rooms are really large and staff is wonderful! I cant wait.

Opposite sides of the street, BW a a little farther from Disney Springs than B, but negligible.
